Important Hygiene

Policy

Due to the intimate nature of underwear products, used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be approved only if:

* You receive a wrong product.
* You receive a damaged product.
* You receive a defective manufacturing item.

Reporting Period

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

* Underwear that has been opened, tried, worn, washed, or used.
* Products without original packaging.
* Products damaged by misuse.
